We use only the best ingredients for our cakes and chocolates including Barry Callebaut chocolate, handmade real lemon syrup, only the best butter, high quality nuts, plump and juicy fruit, rich stem ginger, orange Cointreau liqueur, raspberry liqueurs and real marzipan.
